In their NGO Academy keynote, Kate Raworth will present how the needs of all humans can be met within the thresholds of our planet. Next to valuable insights into the core concepts of this model, stories of its implementation in cities and communities around the globe will be shared as well.

The talk will be moderated by Boris Marte (CEO Erste Foundation) and Michael Meyer (Head of Institute for Nonprofit-Management, WU Vienna).

NGO Academy is a capacity building program for NGOs and social enterprises in Central- and Southeastern Europe, which the Social Entrepreneurship Center has been implementing in cooperation with the ERSTE Foundation since 2014.

In der NGO Academy Keynote werden Kate Raworth und Leonora Grcheva erläutern, wie die Bedürfnisse von uns Menschen innerhalb jener Grenzen erfüllt werden können, die unser Planet vorgibt. Neben wertvollen Einblicken in die Kernkonzepte des Doughnut-Modells werden die Vortragenden auch über Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung des Modells in Städten und Gemeinden sprechen.

Der Vortrag wird moderiert von Boris Marte (CEO Erste Stiftung) und Michael Meyer (Leiter des Instituts für Nonprofit-Management, WU Wien).
