Liebe Studierende,



am Freitag, 01. Juli 2022 finden die nächste Bachelor Sponsion im LC Forum statt.



Der Zutritt ins LC Forum wird nur für Gäste mit Platzkarte (Eintrittskarte) möglich sein, daher ersuchen wir Sie, an diesem Tag von 14 - 18 Uhr nur folgende Ein- und Ausgänge zu benutzen:

·         Seiteneingang Ost bei ZBP auf Ebene -1 inkl. dem Lift, der zur Bibliothek führt bzw. von dort kommt

·         Hintereingang Nord (hinter Festsaal 1 und 2) inkl. dem Lift, der sich dort befindet



In diesem Zeitraum sind Forum und Rampen gesperrt. Wir ersuchen Sie zudem von 14 - 18 Uhr so weit wie möglich zu meiden:

·         Haupteingang

·         Lift und Ausgang hinter Infopult

·         Seiteneingang Ost Forum bei WU Shop (neben Raum LC.0.004 "Galerie")

·         Zugang zum Library Café über das Forum



Die Aufbauarbeiten, Proben sowie die Feierlichkeiten können eventuell in der Bibliothek wahrgenommen werden.

Dear students,



the next bachelor graduation ceremony will be held in the LC Forum on Friday July 01, 2022.



Access to the LC Forum will only be possible for guests with a seating ticket (admission ticket), therefore we kindly ask you to use only the following entrances and exits on this day from 2pm - 6pm:

·         East side entrance near the ZBP Career Center on level -1 and the elevator to and from the library

·         North rear entrance (behind Ceremonial Halls 1 and 2) and the elevator located there



During the time indicated the Forum and Ramps are closed. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could avoid using the following areas as possible between 2pm - 6pm:

·         Main entrance

·         Elevator and exit behind the information desk

·         East side entrance to the Forum near the WU Merchandising Shop (next to room LC.0.004 "Galerie")

·         Indoor entrance to the Library Café



The necessary set-up work, rehearsals and the ceremony itself will most likely be audible in the library.
