Liebe Studierende,

am 09. Juni 2022 findet unser großes WU Sommerfest<https://www.wu.ac.at/wu-sommerfest-2022> statt - ihr seid herzlich dazu eingeladen! Das WU Sommerfest startet um 15:00 Uhr mit zahlreichen Programmpunkten sowie einem musikalischen Warm-up durch den KroneHit-DJ.

Bitte beachtet für diesen Tag:

·         Das Bibliothekszentrum schließt am Tag des Sommerfestes um 18:00 Uhr.

·         Zum Lernen stehen euch, wie gewohnt, sämtliche Selbststudienzonen und Projekträume zu Verfügung. Die Lehrräume im Teaching Center sowie jene in den Departmentgebäuden werden um 18:00 Uhr geschlossen.

·         Die PC-Räume im Teaching Center sowie in den Departmentgebäuden werden ebenfalls um 18.00 Uhr geschlossen. Die PC-Räume im Untergeschoss des Library & Learning Centers stehen bis 21.30 Uhr zur Verfügung.

·         Der Soundcheck für alle Bands beginnt um 11:30 Uhr. Er kann ebenso wie die Feierlichkeiten eventuell in der Bibliothek oder anderen Räumen am Campus WU wahrgenommen werden.
An den darauffolgenden Tagen gelten die üblichen Öffnungszeiten.

Dear students,

The big WU Summer Celebration<https://www.wu.ac.at/en/wu-summer-celebration-2022/program-1> will be held on campus on June 9, 2022. The Celebration will start at 3:00 pm with different activities and a musical warm up by KroneHit-DJ.

Please note:

·         The Central Library will close on that day at 6:00 pm.

·         For studying, you may use the independent study areas and project rooms, as usual. All classrooms in the Teaching Center and the Department buildings will be closed at 6:00 pm.

·         The PC labs in the Teaching Center and the Department buildings will also close at 6:00 pm. The PC labs in the LC building on level -1 will be open until 9:30 pm.

·         The rehearsals for all bands will start at 11.30 am. The rehearsals and the ceremony itself will most likely be audible in the library and other rooms on Campus WU.

On the day following the WU Summer Celebration, regular opening hours apply.
