Liebe Studierende,

am Freitag, 22. September finden von 09:00 – 17.30 Uhr die Bachelor Sponsionen im LC Forum statt.

Wir ersuchen euch in diesem Zeitraum nur folgende Ein- und Ausgänge zu benutzen:

  *   Hintereingang Nord (hinter Festsaal 1 und 2) inkl. dem Lift, der sich dort befindet
  *   Seiteneingang Ost bei ZBP auf Ebene -1 inkl. dem Lift, der zur Bibliothek führt

In diesem Zeitraum gesperrt sind:

§  Haupteingang, Forum, Rampen

§  Ausgang des Liftes auf Rampe im Forum

§  Seiteneingang Ost Forum bei WU Shop (neben Raum LC.0.004 „Galerie“)

Wir ersuchen euch außerdem, folgende Ein- und Ausgänge zu meiden:

  *   Lift und Ausgang hinter Forum Infopult
  *   Zugang zum Library Café

Die Aufbauarbeiten, Proben sowie die Feierlichkeiten können eventuell in der Bibliothek und den einzelnen Räumlichkeiten wahrgenommen werden. Wir danken für euer Verständnis!

Dear Students,

The next commencement ceremonies for graduates of our bachelor’s programs will be held on Friday September 22, 2023, in the Forum of the LC building.

Please use only the following entrances and exits between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm:

  *   North rear entrance (behind Ceremonial Halls 1 and 2), incl. the elevator located there
  *   East side entrance near the ZBP Career Center on level -1, incl. the elevator to and from the library
The following areas are closed during the time indicated above:

  *   Main entrance, Forum, Ramps
  *   It will not be possible to exit the elevator onto the ramp in the Forum
  *   East side entrance to the Forum near the WU Shop (next to the “Gallery” in room LC.0.004)
We also ask that you avoid the following entrances and exits from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm:

  *   Elevator and exit behind the info desk
  *   Access to the Library Café
Set-up, rehearsals, and the ceremony itself may be audible in the library and your office areas. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
