Liebe Studierende,

Wohlbefinden ist die Basis für Erfolg...im Studium wie im Leben.

Wenn du dich mental, emotional und körperlich wohl fühlst, ist das Leben im Fluss und du kannst mit Leichtigkeit und Freude deine Ziele verfolgen. Aus diesem Grund legt das Student Counselling Team seinen Fokus auf das Fördern und Entwickeln von Student Wellbeing.
Du bist herzlich zu unserem ersten Wellbeing matters at WU Podiumsgespräch, u.a. mit Vize-Rektorin Margarethe Rammerstorfer, eingeladen, wo verschiedenen Expert*innen ihre Perspektiven auf das Thema Wohlbefinden und dessen Bedeutung für ein gutes Leben teilen werden.

Darüber hinaus wartet eine ganze Reihe an Gruppenaktivitäten, um im Oktober gut ins Semester zu starten. Der Schwerpunkt im Wintersemester 2023/24 liegt auf Rest & Recovery, da für uns klar ist, dass wir die besten Leistungen erzielen, wenn wir aus einem ruhigen, klaren und entspannten Zustand handeln können.

Dear students,

Well-being is the basis for success...on campus as in life.
When you feel mentally, emotionally and physically well, life is in flow and you can do what is needed with ease and joy. That's why the Student Counselling team focuses on fostering and developing student well-being.

You are warmly invited to our first Wellbeing matters at WU panel conversation, among others with Vice Rector Margarethe Rammerstorfer, where various experts will share their perspectives on the topic of wellbeing and its importance for a good life.

Moreover, a whole range of group activities are waiting for you so you have additional support to start well into the university year this October. The focus for the winter semester 2023/24 is on Rest & Recovery, as we believe that we perform best when we can act from a calm, clear and relaxed state.

Please note that of our group formats will be held mostly in German. The English activities are all listed on the English version of our calendar. The Skill Sessions as well as the interactive talks will be bilingual or held in English. You are always welcome to ask for one-on-one coaching in English by e-mail.
