Liebe Studierende,



am Freitag, 2. Juli 2021 finden die nächsten Bachelor Sponsionen im LC Forum statt.



Der Zutritt ins LC Forum wird nur für Gäste mit Platzkarte (Eintrittskarte) möglich sein, daher ersuchen wir Sie, an diesem Tag von 11 - 18 Uhr nur folgenden Ein- und Ausgang zu benutzen: Seiteneingang Ost bei ZBP auf Ebene -1 inkl. dem Lift, der zur Bibliothek führt bzw. von dort kommt



In diesem Zeitraum sind Forum und Rampen gesperrt.



Diese Ein- und Ausgänge sind geöffnet. Wir ersuchen Sie jedoch, diese von 11 - 18 Uhr so weit wie möglich zu meiden:



*   Haupteingang

*   Lift und Ausgang hinter Infopult

*   Seiteneingang Ost Forum bei WU Shop (neben Raum LC0.004 "Galerie")

*   Zugang zum Library Café über das Forum

*   Hintereingang Nord (hinter Festsaal 1 und 2) inkl. dem Lift, der sich dort befindet



Die Aufbauarbeiten (ab 1. Juli 2021), Proben sowie die Feierlichkeiten können eventuell in der Bibliothek wahrgenommen werden.

Dear students,



the next commencement ceremonies for graduates of our bachelor's programs will be held in the LC Forum on Friday 2nd July 2021.



Access to the LC Forum will only be possible for guests with a seat ticket (admission ticket), therefore we kindly ask you to use only the following entrance and exit on this day from 11 am - 6 pm: East side entrance near the ZBP Career Center on level -1 and the elevator to and from the library



During the time indicated the Forum and Ramps are closed.



The following doors will be open, but we would appreciate it if you could avoid using them as much as possible between 11 am - 6:00 pm:



*   Main entrance

*   Elevator and exit behind the information desk

*   East side entrance to the Forum near the WU Merchandising Shop (next to room LC0.004)

*   Indoor entrance to the Library Café

*   North rear entrance (behind Ceremonial Halls 1 and 2) and the elevator located there



The necessary set-up work (starting July 1, 2021), rehearsals and the ceremony itself will most likely be audible in the library.
