[Wu-studierende.opt] Spendenaktion am WU Campus // Donation Campaign at WU Campus

Liebe Studierende,

im Rahmen einer Forschungskooperation mit der Caritas Erzdiözese Wien, veranstalten wir in dieser Woche eine Spendenaktion auf dem WU Campus (im TC Gebäude), für die wir um Eure Unterstützung ansuchen.
Nicht alle Menschen haben das Glück ein Dach über dem Kopf und täglich genug zu essen zu haben. Um diesen Menschen zu helfen, möchten wir den Canisibus unterstützen, der jeden Abend in Wien unterwegs ist, um den Menschen eine heiße Suppe und Brot zu bringen. Für viele der täglich bis zu 450 Gäste ist es die einzige warme Mahlzeit am Tag. https://www.caritas-wien.at/canisibus/

WIE kann ich mitmachen?

Ø  Einfach vorbeikommen und mitmachen. Es dauert nur 2 Minuten und jede Spende hilft! Schon 1,50 Euro machen einen Bus-Gast satt.
WO kann ich mitmachen?

Ø  Der Spendenstand steht im Erdgeschoss des TC Gebäudes, neben dem Eingang zum Audimax.
WANN kann ich mitmachen?

Ø  Die Spendenaktion läuft täglich von Montag, den 04.Juni bis Freitag, den 08. Juni, von 10 – 16 Uhr.
Im Sinne der Third Mission der WU möchten wir mit Euch zusammen in diesem Projekt einen Beitrag für soziale und gesellschaftliche Belange leisten. Wir freuen uns über Eure Hilfe!

Dear students,

As part of a research collaboration with Caritas Erzdiözese Wien, we are running a donation campaign on WU Campus (in the TC building) this week, for which we would kindly ask for your support.
Not all people are fortunate enough to have a roof over their heads and enough food to make it through the day. To support these people, we would like to support the Canisibus, a bus that is on the street in Vienna every day to bring a warm soup and bread to people in need. For many of the 450 daily guests of the bus, the Canisibus brings the only warm meal on that day. https://www.caritas-wien.at/canisibus/

HOW can I participate?

Ø  Just come over and participate. It just takes 2 minutes to participate and every donation helps! With just 1.50€ you can give a soup to a person in need!
WHERE can I participate?

Ø  The donation stand is located on the ground floor of the TC building, right next to the entry of the Audimax.
WHEN can I participate?

Ø  The donation campaign is running the whole week, from Monday June 4, to Friday June 8, daily from 10-16h.
Following the third mission of the WU, we aim to make a joint contribution and show responsibility to social issues in our local community. We thank you for your help and support of this project!
