Liebe Studierende,

wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass es aufgrund der Inaugurationsfeier des neuen Rektorats am Montag, dem 19. Oktober 2015 (Beginn um 11.00 Uhr), im OMV Bibliothekszentrum zu einer erhöhten Geräuschkulisse kommen wird.
Darüber hinaus werden während der Veranstaltung sowie während der Probe, d.h. zwischen 9.00 und 12.30 Uhr, der Durchgang durch das Forum sowie die Rampe am rechten Rand des Forums gesperrt sein.
Wir möchten Sie daher bitten, in dieser Zeit auf folgende Eingänge auszuweichen:


·         Hintereingang Nord (hinter Festsaal 1 und 2) inkl. dem Lift, der sich dort befindet

·         Seiteneingang Ost bei ZBP auf Ebene -1 inkl. dem Lift, der zur Bibliothek führt bzw. von dort kommt
Für ungestörtes Arbeiten ersuchen wir Sie, im genannten Zeitraum auf die Lernzonen im Teaching Center sowie in den Departmentgebäuden auszuweichen.

Dear students,

Please note that due to the inauguration of the new Rector's Council at 11:00am on Monday, October 19, 2015, the noise level in the OMV Central Library will be unusually high all morning.
In addition, the Forum and the ramp to the right of the Forum will be closed off from 9:00am to 12:30pm for the event and the preceding rehearsal.

Please use the following entrances during this period:

*  Back doors on the north side (behind Ceremonial Halls 1 and 2) and the elevator located in that part of the building
*  Side doors on the east side close to the ZBP Career Center on level -1, and the elevator located there to the library

If you need to a place to work undisturbed, please use the individual study areas in the Teaching Center and the department buildings during the period mentioned above.
