[Slawabs] Thesis / business project: Austrian & German companies doing business in the Belarusian market

Dear all,

The Institute of International Marketing & Management (IMM) is currently 
looking for *two* students who are interested in a diploma thesis on 
*Austrian & German companies doing business in the Belarusian market. 
*The diploma thesis will be conducted as a research project with a 
*leading Austrian corporate law firm*. From IMM side, the project will 
be supervised by Mag. Barbara Pramböck and Dipl.-Kffr. Katharina Raab. 
Input from the corporate partner will be ensured through regular meetings.

The aim of the project is a thorough analysis of the Belarusian market 
potential in the field of legal advice. The diploma thesis will comprise 
mostly *secondary (desk) research*, as well as *qualitative expert 
interviews *with experts both in Austria/Germany and Belarus.

*Project Schedule
*The project is scheduled to kick-off at the *beginning of June*. The 
project is planned to last for the next *4 months*. Important work 
(requiring your presence in Vienna) will need to be done *during the 
summer*!

*Requirements
*Candidates will need to provide *sufficient time during the entire 
project period*. Proven knowledge of Russian and interest/knowledge in 
Marketing & market research are highly recommended. Candidates should 
be fluent in German for conducting interviews with Austrian/German 
experts. Knowledge of Belarusian, the CEE region (especially Belarus) 
and/or business law are a plus.
