Caritas Austria is looking for a 

project manager 
for a 
migration management project in Western Ukraine

Job Description:
Co-ordination and management of a EU funded project at the Ukrainian border to Slovakia. 

Main Task
o Leading a team of employees of local partner organisations
o Building up relationships to local partners and institutions including support in organisation and capacity building
o Responsibility for reporting, accounting and documentation

Qualification
- Experience in project and team management
- Business administration or other relevant educational background
- Working experience from Eastern European countries
- Proficiency in English and good knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian
- Experience within humanitarian/development work with particular focus on refugee and asylum issues recommended

Our Conditions:

Commencement: June/July 2006
Duty Station: Uzhgorod/Ukraine
Contract: 6 months, possible extension of contract until June 2008
