Below are the details for the Weinwandertag this weekend. This is
primarily organized for SEEP students, but no sense in letting them
drink up all the jungwein and sturm!

Note the time change in Richard's email.

Hey all!

A quick note: the hike has been moved up from 4pm to 1pm. Same location
for meeting. Please still sign up for the doodle, but be aware that the
time will not be in accordance with the doodle, but will actually be 1pm.

The map of the hike should be attached now.

Thanks!

Richard

Dear SEEP students:

We will be enjoying a day of hiking and cultural celebration in the
tradition of the Wien Weinwandertag (Viennese wine-hiking day) on
*October 1*. We will meet at 4pm at the end of the 26 tram line in
Strebersdorf, and the hike will lead us to Stammersdorf. The 26 tram
line runs through both U1 Kagraner Platz, as well as U6/S7 Floridsdorf.
The 31, leaving Stammersdorf, will go through U6/S7 Floridsdorf and end
at U2 Schottenring. If you are planning on attending, please sign up on
the doodle here (_http://doodle.com/poll/b5yrc92dahhezpsk_) so we can
estimate how large of a group to expect.

The hike will feature many Viennese Heuriger, where there will be the
opportunity for refreshments and Austrian food. The route will not be
difficult, but will lead us through farms and vineyards.

  What you need to bring:

Food (will also be available for purchase along the way), water, light
rain jacket. Please wear sturdy shoes.

In case of rain, we will postpone until Sunday, October 2.

Thanks,

Richard Sentinella
