many cannot make February 4 that´s why I suggested two dates so we can cover everyone who took part in the poll. However, I am fine with one or two meetings; either way ☺

as the Research Proposal issue is relevant to the great majority of us, I suggest a second meeting to on the same topic on February 4 at 10.00am. So, there will be two PhD Group Meetings on the Research Proposal; everyone who cannot make it on January 23 can join the  meeting on February 4.
