Well, I thought it was weird. But he showed me and it was true. I don't think the pressure from the water heater changes whether one has just run the tap cold or hot.

I know a little bit about such things, but am not familiar with these 'on demand' water heaters.

Open questions:
Why is ours dripping while others in D4 aren't?
Why is it while using cold water?
Thanks anyway for the report.

The workmen were just here.
The kitchen faucet is actually supposed to drip a little bit. It is related to the hot water heating unit under the sink. When the heater is on, it creates some kind of additional pressure in the valve and when you turn the water off, it will drip a bit afterwards. Completely normal. If you turn the heater off underneath, no dripping.

I guess they fixed something in the bathroom, but didn't talk to me about that.
