It works again! The trick is to empty the drawers and refill them.

Dear all,

Our printer isn't working. I'll try now what the guy from the Canon hotline told me to maybe fix it.
However, on Thursday - probably already before noon - an technician from Canon will come to check the printer.

Please open the door for this person! I told Canon that they can ring anyone on our floor.
