[Bakk-imm] WU Executive Academy - Looking for support for our weekend team

Dear all,

At the WU Executive Academy, we deliver Executive and Professional MBA programs for our international participants. These high potentials and executives come back to university to complement their rich business experience with state-of-the-art knowledge which our WU professors and professors from leading institutions around the world deliver.

For our weekend team (we teach from Thursday to Sundays), we look for highly motivated staff who like engaging with professors and students in an international environment.

Below you find an overview of the tasks that are waiting for you (in German, but we expect you to be fluent in English as well).

Start: September 2020
Number of hours: 6-12h hours/per week; every other weekend

To give you a chance to get to know us and find out whether you would like to work with us, we are happy to offer you a "sneak preview" over the summer. We still have a few teaching modules running and you can experience firsthand what to expect and if it is something for you!

Hauptaufgaben

  *   Laufende Betreuung von Lehrveranstaltungen Vorort, Webinare und Online Events
  *   Servicierung der öffentlichen Bereiche und Vorlesungsräumlichkeiten
  *   Kommunikationsschnittstelle für die Vortragenden und Teilnehmer/inne/n der Programme sowie anderen internen und externen Ansprechpartner/inne/n
  *   Support und Beratung der Nutzer/innen/gruppen für definierte Webinartools wie zB. MS TEAMS oder andere Videokonferenzsysteme
  *   Empfang und Bewirtung von Kund/inn/en, Besucher/inne/n und Gästen
  *   Unterstützung bei Events
