The Institute for International Marketing Management is currently inviting applications for a 20 hours/week Teaching and Research Assistant position (employee subject to the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for University Staff - Angestellte/r gemäß Kollektivvertrag für die Arbeitnehmer/innen der Universitäten; minimum gross monthly salary, paid 14 times per year: Euro 1,000.80). This substitute employee position will be limited until December 31, 2019, starting on January 01, 2019 (commencement date subject to change).

Pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, only students who have not yet completed a master or diploma degree program can be employed. Please note that under the terms of the WU personnel development plan, student employee positions are limited to an employment period of not more than two years.

Responsibilities:
The Institute for International Marketing Management has a research and teaching focus on international strategic management. In our research, we cooperate with a well-established network of international scholars. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly active and productive Teaching and Research Assistant, who will be expected to make a significant contribution to our research field or related areas.

Your Profile:
- An ongoing studies in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
- A high standard of English
- Excellent computer skills
- Familiarity with the methods of empirical social research
- High overall motivation and ability to work in teams

The successful candidate will provide teaching, research and administrative support to the IMM Institute and show a strong interest in the field of marketing management. English is the working language of the team.

Desirable skills and qualifications:
The candidate should demonstrate profound knowledge in the field of marketing (for example through selecting appropriate subjects while studying) and have an international orientation (living/working abroad, etc.).
