[Bakk-imm] Help needed - conference support

Dear all,

we at IMM are hosting an international conference, where about 80 international scholars from across the globe are coming to present their work and interact with colleagues.

To support us with logistics, I am looking for several helping hands!

Here are some details:


-          Time frame: May 13-15 (even if you are not available for the entire period or a full day, let me know, when you would be available, usually from 8:30-5, Thursday also for Gala event until 23:00)

-          What to do: support organizational flow (put up signposts that participants find the venue, hand out conference packs and name tags, greet participants, set up computer equipment so that presentations work, running small errands like printing last minute; guide participants across campus, etc)

-          Payment: yes, there is money involved (from € 10-15 per hour; depending on whether you would be willing to work on Thursday/holiday, AND support us for the Gala Event at Klimtvilla in the 14th district)

Of course you are also more than welcome to participate in the sessions, if you are interested! That way you see what academics are doing when they are not in the classroom ;-)
