century and the new expansion into the continent by several of the emerging global players were mainly reproducing old wine in new bottles. The shift from the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at a closer look
seems less of a paradigm shift than we are made to believe. </span></font></font></div>
