Kurz gesagt bauen wir jedes Jahr <b>ein Rennauto</b>, mit dem wir dann bei international Formula Student Bewerben - sozusagen der <b>Studentenversion der Formel 1</b> - teilnehmen.<br>
Wir vertreten im Team mehrere Interessen, bei uns finden alle den passenden Bereich. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<span style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">Zweimal jährlich suchen wir Mitglieder, die bei uns neben dem Sammeln praktischer Erfahrung auch wissenschaftliche Arbeiten und Berufspraktika absolvieren können.<br>
Wir sehen uns in erster Linie als <b>Ausbildungsverein</b>, bei dem man noch absolut kein Profi auf dem jeweiligen Gebiet sein muss. Es zeigt sich immer wieder, dass es am Ende des Tages hauptsächlich auf <b>Motivation und Interesse</b> an der Arbeit ankommt.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<span style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">Bis zum <b>23.10.2022</b> läuft unsere Bewerbungsphase für das Wintersemester, wo wir speziell auch nach Unterstützung für die organisatorischen Bereiche suchen.<br>
Deshalb suchen wir gezielt nach Student*innen, die gerne Ihre Künste im Bereich Sponsorship, Finance, Marketing oder HR <b>beweisen und auch weiterentwickeln</b> wollen.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
