JOB TITLE:  Blended Learning specialist

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall this role is responsible for working with the client to develop and organize Blended Learning programs or skill area curriculum. Key activities include:
* Guide client SMEs, Curriculum Managers and Selected providers through a consistent implementation process through requirements definition, design, development and implementation phases
* Work with client SMEs, Curriculum Managers and Vendor Management to choose and evaluate appropriate providers
* Track all ongoing development projects and maintain an ongoing status overview
* Steer on technology options in alignment with client´s IT
* Guide Curriculum Managers in choosing the appropriate acquisition method of Blended modalities
     * Catalogue offering
     * Adaptation of a provider offering
     * Straight conversion of existing content to Blended/e-Learning content
     * In-house design including the use of content authoring tools by SME’s
     * External development including customized content with vendor

In addition to specific support on initiatives, the eLearning specialist will also:
* Support discussions on strategic aspects of Blended/e-learning.
* Promote innovative and creative ideas for e-learning delivery/design, etc.
* Seek out and share Blended/e-learning best practices
* Continuously coach the Curriculum Managers and ensure a consistent understanding on blended learning techniques.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years blended learning development or project management experience. Knowledge of the third party e-learning market particularly valued.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate. English language required.

JOB TITLE: Senior Curriculum Manager/Curriculum Design & Development Manager

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall this role is responsible for working with the client to develop a single major learning program or skill area curriculum. There are a number of roles on offer, at several levels, depending on the precise scope of the role. Key activities include;
* Engage with the client on the definition of learning programs and/or curricula, mainly in soft skills area for Manager/Talent curriculum.
* Manage ongoing discussion with the business on their training needs and support them with new ideas.
* Definition of appropriate forms of learning (ILT, VC, WBT etc.) to meet learning objectives
* Identify potential third party providers of appropriate learning products with a view to maximizing quality and minimizing cost
* Manage the third party development of learning products, particularly where there is custom development.
* Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected third party providers.
* Look to continuously improve programs and curricula.
* Keep up to date with developments in learning and bring fresh ideas to the client.
* Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs.
* Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
* Lead the design and development if the in-house programs.
* Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

5-7 years learning experience, and/or substantial operational. Knowledge of the third party learning market particularly valued.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate. Professional English language required. German language is an advantage.
